Alone I sat in the quiet stillness of the Inner
Sanctum writing love notes on the moonbeams
streaming in like endless reams of silver gossamer.
I wrote and wrote until at last you replied with a
bouquet of golden sunbeams sent to warm my
heart, like bright promises of a new day written
by the Sun.
Your sweet serenade echoed through my spirit,
then my heart, no longer mine but yours, began
beating to the joyous rhythm of your Universal song of Oneness.
