Poem: Hallelujah by Claudette Dean

It was a night unlike any other...

Dusk had unfurled her violet veil
And the Moon Goddess prepared
To make her nightly appearance.

Rustling leaves whispered words
Of an ancient promise as a warm
Wind whistled through the trees.

The Inward Journey had led her home...

The moon slipped across the horizon
And somewhere in the indigo sky
A new star sparkled.

All of nature rejoiced and she sighed...
Hallelujah.
